Located at 597 Centre Street in the former Ten Tables space, Beyond Proof brings craft cocktails, Mediterranean mezze, and an elevated night-out experience without alcohol. The food menu leans Mediterranean, with warm Lebanese bread, dips, mezze, roasted carrots with labneh, saffron tahdig bites, whipped feta, lamb and apricot stew, Greek chicken lemon soup, and a chef’s choice tea tower meant for sharing. The space itself was redesigned with pink tones, gold accents, upholstered seating, and a European bistro feel inspired by Kranyak’s travels. It opens daily at 5 p.m.
